Julie Rosseter - DirectorViolist Julie Rosseter enjoys a multifaceted career as a performer, and as a teacher. She is a core member of the Atlanta Opera Orchestra, a founding member of the Kazanetti String Quartet, and she frequently performs with local orchestras including the Atlanta Ballet and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. In 2011, Julie started the first strings program in Forsyth County, GA at Lambert High School, and in 2018, she became Forsyth's first full-time orchestra director. Julie holds degrees from Indiana University School of Music, Wichita State University, and Duquesne University.

Elizabeth Alvarez - Associate DirectorA native of the South, Elizabeth Alvarez, violinist & violist, received her Bachelor’s degree in Music with Honors from Indiana University and later earned a Masters of Music in Music Theory. An avid chamber musician, Elizabeth is a founding member of the Kazanetti String Quartet, is the second violinist of the Vermont Summer Quartet, and performs with orchestras and chamber groups throughout the southeast as both violinist and violist. Her orchestration skills have earned her an Artist Residency at Wildacres Retreat (NC), a Fulton County Arts Council Fellowship, and a Fellowship at The Hambidge Center for Creative Arts and Sciences (GA).
